RoboGuide test at Östenssons and I-huset

The robot Elsa visited the Östenssons grocery store and I-huset, the largest shopping center in Linköping! This visit was part of a user-experience study by a student named Nikki, in collaboration with the University of Skövde. During her stay, Elsa helped customers find products, provided product information, and shared recipe ideas based on the stores’ weekly offers. With her friendly guidance, research were made on how her personality made shopping both smarter and more enjoyable.
Stella at the Tycho Brahe Museum in Landskrona

The latest RoboGuide is named Stella and was delivered to Landskrona! She will be helping at the Tycho Brahe Museum and the Landskrona Museum. At this historic site, Stella guides visitors through the fascinating life and discoveries of Tycho Brahe. She answers questions about astronomy, helps guests explore the exhibits, and adds an interactive layer to the museum experience. With her curious spirit and knowledge of the stars, Stella makes history feel alive for visitors of all ages.
